How do I enable location services?

On iOS, go to Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services -> The Perfect Pour and select "While Using the App". For Android, go to Settings -> Apps -> The Perfect Pour -> Permissions -> Location and select "Allow only while using the app".

How do I find and rate establishments?

Open the app and explore the interactive map to find establishments in your area. Pan around the map to discover different locations. Once you've found an establishment, tap on it to view details and leave your rating. You can score various aspects of your pour, add photos, and include additional comments in your review.

Why don't I see many establishments in my area?

We are actively working on expanding our database of establishments. Currently, some areas may have fewer locations than others as we continue to add new venues. Check back regularly as we're constantly updating our coverage.

What do the ratings mean?

Our rating system considers multiple factors including temperature, presentation, head retention, and overall quality. Each aspect contributes to the final score, helping others find the best pours in their area.

Is my data private?

Yes! We only use your data to provide app functionality. Location data is only accessed when you allow it, and we never share or sell your information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact us. Our team will process your account deletion request and confirm once it's completed.

Can I delete my data and keep my account?

Yes, you can request to have your data deleted while maintaining your account. Simply contact us specifying that you'd like your data removed but wish to keep your account active.
